Katherine Kawamoto joined Century 21 Vanguard after a successful corporate career as acontracts and negotiation expert and consultant. She successfully negotiated complex businessdeals with Fortune 500 companies and now brings her experience and professionalism to thelocal real estate market.Katherine has lived in the Dutch Fork/Ballentine area since 1996 when she and her familyrelocated from Los Angeles. She has seen the area grow from a small rural community to avibrant and sought after suburb of downtown Columbia. She understands the local housingmarket and has a great appreciation for all the area offers - beautiful homes, prize winningschools, outdoor recreation, stores, restaurants, state of the art medical facilities, and wonderfulneighbors.Katherine's education includes a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University, LongBeach and a Masters degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton HallUniversity. She is a Certified Deal Architect (University of Tennessee). She is a publishedauthor of books and articles on contracts and negotiations.
